I am here to become a lawful resident of the United States for the following reasons: 1) to enhance my educational skills; 2) to offer my skills and services to corporate America; 3) for economic stability; 4) to obtain freedom and liberty. Finally, I acknowledge that SEVEN STARTS promises nor guarantees me green card under any form of amnesty.
SEVEN STARS, meanwhile, would like to remind you that its duty is limited to helping you secure your work permit by applying the law, rules and procedures established by INS. However, SEVEN STARTS does not provide any guaranty to USCIS will grant your demand favorably; nor, under any circumstances, does it promise a green card. The final decision always rests with INS when it comes to your Work Authorization. The Organization's task involves the proper filing of your document with the office of INS and any other support deemed necessary. SEVEN STARS is not legally binding as a result of false information and statement you have provided in the application, whether verbal or in writing. In addition, you agree to provide a fee to SEVEN STARTS for services rendered. The fee should have the forms cost for the USCIS form fees plus service fees.
